Returns & Refund Policy

At Uplifting Whiskers, we want you to be happy with your purchase! Since we use print-on-demand suppliers for our products, returns and refunds are handled according to their policies. Please review our guidelines carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Certain products, such as custom or personalized items, digital downloads, and gift cards, are final sale and non-returnable.

  • Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can coordinate a resolution with our fulfillment partners.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us at helpingpaws@upliftingwhiskers.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back (if applicable).

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item (if applicable).

  • Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed based on print-on-demand supplier policies, which may involve a replacement rather than a full refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).

  • If you received a gift and would like to return it, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we made an error or the item arrived damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

  • Since we work with print-on-demand suppliers, some returns may not require the item to be sent back—we will confirm upon approval of your request.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, an exchange may be possible based on stock availability.

  • Because items are made to order, the fastest way to get the right item is to place a new order and request a refund for the original purchase (if eligible).

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Because orders are processed quickly through our print-on-demand partners, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • If you need to request a change, contact us ASAP at helpingpaws@upliftingwhiskers.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on the production status.

7. Print-on-Demand Considerations

  • Since we use Printful and Printify as our fulfillment partners, all returns and refunds must align with their policies.

  • We will facilitate the process for you, but final approval for refunds and exchanges is based on our supplier’s guidelines.

  • If an issue arises, we will work with you and the supplier to resolve it as efficiently as possible.
