Shipping Policy

At Uplifting Whiskers, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Since we use print-on-demand suppliers for fulfillment, shipping times and processes may vary depending on the product, location, and demand. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Print-On-Demand Fulfillment & Shipping

  • All our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, Printful and Printify.

  • Because items are produced when ordered, shipping timelines may be longer compared to traditional retail.

  • Orders are processed based on fulfillment center capacity and production schedules set by our print providers.

2. Where We Ship

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

  • We are exploring options for future international shipping—stay tuned!

3. Order Processing Time

  • Our print-on-demand partners, Printful and Printify, typically require 2-7 business days to process and fulfill your order before shipping.

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, and peak seasons may result in longer processing times.

  • High-volume periods (such as holidays) may extend processing times beyond standard estimates.

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

4. Estimated Shipping Times

  • Once processed, shipping times typically range from 3-8 business days within the United States.

  • Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on our print providers’ shipping carrier partners.

  • Delays may occur due to supplier production delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

  • Peak season delays: During holiday or promotional periods, please allow extra time for order fulfillment and delivery.

5. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.

  • We partner with Printful and Printify for fulfillment, and carrier options vary based on their shipping network.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, but fulfillment times still apply.

  • If multiple items are ordered, they may arrive separately based on production timelines and fulfillment center locations.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, Uplifting Whiskers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • If an item is marked "delivered" but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

  • If you need assistance, email us at helpingpaws@upliftingwhiskers.com, and we will work with our print-on-demand partners to investigate the issue.

7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect due to carrier processing times.

  • How to track your order: Use the tracking link in your email confirmation to view real-time updates on your shipment’s status.

8. Shipping Address Changes

  • Since orders are processed quickly by our fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.

  • If you need an address update, contact us ASAP at helpingpaws@upliftingwhiskers.com, and we will try our best to update it before fulfillment begins.

9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

  • We currently do not offer the ability to split a single order to ship to multiple addresses.

  • If you need to send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each shipping address.

10. Returned Packages & Undeliverable Addresses

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

  • If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we may issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.

  • Refund eligibility for undeliverable packages depends on the product type; personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for refunds per Printful and Printify policies.

  • Since our products are print-on-demand, returns are handled per Printful and Printify’s policies—we will confirm next steps upon receiving your request.

11. Future International Shipping Plans (Not Currently Available)

  • We are actively exploring international shipping options.

  • If you're interested in global shipping updates, sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
